<p>On the short run they seem to make sense, they seem to create &#8220;Relief&#8221; for the downtrodden &#8220;Masses&#8221;. What they fail to see is that this nefarious practice not only does not make any sense, it will also lead to the destruction of liberty, and the economy if the practice is not brought to a stop.</p>
