This is a big concern not only for Every American Citizen, American Business and Illegal Aliens alike. Rep. Craig Frank Recommends His Own Removal From Office

In a recent upset for Utah Representative Craig Frank of Legislative District 57, He found that he was not longer elegible to serve as a state rep for his district. This was not because of some nefarious activity, but simply because of a clerical error that occurred a decade ago. This error wouldn’t have impacted his continued service had a recently proposed Constitutional Amendment not been passed in the recent election. There has been a tremendous amount of interest and speculation surrounding the recent federal government allocating of $101 million in education funding for the state of Utah. Most of the debate has centered around wether to take the federal money or not. Proponents have indicated that if we don’t take the money then this money that “originated” in our state will go to another federal program. Opponents of the funding plan indicate that the with the large amount of Federal funds that the state currently relies upon (up to 60% of its budget) that we can use this as a stepping stone to work on removing “all” federal funding.
