In a recent upset for Utah Representative Craig Frank of Legislative District 57, He found that he was not longer elegible to serve as a state rep for his district. This was not because of some nefarious activity, but simply because of a clerical error that occurred a decade ago. This error wouldn’t have impacted his continued service had a recently proposed Constitutional Amendment not been passed in the recent election.
